Chris and Kristen Preble are a mother-daughter Real Estate Team, proudly serving the Salem community, as well as working throughout Washington County and beyond.
Chris began her career in Real Estate in 1985 and has been actively engaged in all aspects of the business ever since. Extremely active in the community and the industry, Chris has been a stalwart member of the Washington County Board of Realtors®, having served as the President for four terms, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and currently as a member of the Board of Directors. Chris has been awarded Realtor of the Year in 1995 and 2003. Chris has also been continuously active in the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, having served as past President and as a member of the board of directors, and is presently a member of the Salem Historic Preservation Committee.
Kristen decided to join her mother in real estate in May of 2001, after graduating from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry in 2000 with a degree in Environmental Biology. Kristen wanted to remain in the Salem area after graduation and decided that real estate provided the career opportunity she needed. Her mother has been, and still remains today, her mentor and role model. Kristen has also served as Vice President, President and currently a Board of Director of the Washington County Board of Realtors®, and in 2004 was named Realtor of the Year.
Judy, native of Vermont, grew up in Middlebury, VT and has been a resident of Poultney, VT, along with her husband Michael, for the last 11 years. Judy began her real estate career in 1986, obtaining her salesperson’s license in the State of Vermont. In 2008 Judy received her New York State salesperson’s license, specializing in northern Washington County properties. In her free time Judy enjoys partaking in the many outdoor recreational opportunities that exist throughout this region. Having already raised her children Judy now loves enjoying time with her grandchildren.
Robert (Bob) is a licensed real estate salesperson. He provides technical support around the office, is called upon whenever there is a problem to be solved and pitches in when an extra hand is required. Although remaining in the background, his help is invaluable in running the office smoothly and efficiently. Bob is also an Investment Representative with LPL Financial Services and maintains an office alongside the real estate operations.
