Chris and Kristen Preble are a mother-daughter Real Estate Team, proudly serving the Salem community, as well as working throughout Washington County and beyond.
Chris began her career in Real Estate in 1985 and has been actively engaged in all aspects of the business ever since. Extremely active in the community and the industry, Chris has been a stalwart member of the Washington County Board of Realtors®, having served as the President for four terms, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and currently as a member of the Board of Directors. Chris has been awarded Realtor of the Year in 1995 and 2003. Chris has also been continuously active in the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, having served as past President and as a member of the board of directors, and is presently a member of the Salem Historic Preservation Committee.
Kristen decided to join her mother in real estate in May of 2001, after graduating from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry in 2000 with a degree in Environmental Biology. Kristen wanted to remain in the Salem area after graduation and decided that real estate provided the career opportunity she needed. Her mother has been, and still remains today, her mentor and role model. Kristen has also served as Vice President, President and currently a Board of Director of the Washington County Board of Realtors®, and in 2004 was named Realtor of the Year.
Corinne began her real estate career 25 yrs. ago and has served in many capacities including as a Broker/Owner, Manager and currently Associate Broker. Corinne services with great experience: Saratoga, Washington, Fulton, Hamilton & Warren Counties. Corinne has had the pleasure of serving the Washington County Board of Realtors as President and received Realtor of the year 2002. She has also served on the board of the Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie Board of Realtors, served as past Treasurer and Board Member of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service as well as past President of the Schuylerville Area Chamber of Commerce and as Treasurer and Member of the Schuylerville Lions Club. Corinne is founding President and current President of Second Hand Rose Thrift Shop, Schuylerville and Past President of the Fulton County Habitat for Humanity. Corinne also co-owns a small farm with her husband, "Dancing The Dream Alpacas".
Robert (Bob) is a lisenced real estate salesperson. He provides technical support around the office, is called upon whenever there is a problem to be solved and pitches in when an extra hand is required. Although remaining in the background, his help is invaluable in running the office smoothly and efficiently. Bob is also an Investment Representative with LPL Financial Services and maintains an office alongside the real estate operations.
